Grandma, whose head is a bit out of tune, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now darting through the city streets in a frantic attempt to evade capture. To avoid being caught and committed to an asylum once again, she must cover a certain distance. However, she’s not only being chased by orderlies wielding straitjackets, but also faces a series of challenging obstacles—sharp turns, holes, fences, and other tricky hurdles. As she rushes through the streets, Grandma also gathers gold coins along the way, adding an extra layer of excitement to her daring escape.
