Year 2075: After an alien invasion, Earth is left almost completely depleted of life and oxygen. The only resilient plants remaining are cacti. The aliens, intent on wiping out or stealing these hardy plants to eliminate Earth’s hope for survival, pose a dire threat.
Enter Granny—brave and resourceful—who grows her cacti along the roadside to ensure they receive ample sunlight. She learns that the aliens are terrified of human pills. Armed with a vast stockpile of these pills and a loaded shotgun for emergencies, Granny must defend her cacti from alien threats.
